Who does this work for?
Business owners, founders, and high performers who've already established career and income security, and are now looking to optimize everything else: training, diet, hormones, and leveraging peptides. You want to know what's actually happening under the hood, not be told to "eat cleaner."
Also: elite athletes and competitors who need the same clinical depth applied under sport-specific constraints.
Who is this not for?
Someone looking for a cookie-cutter macro spreadsheet, weekly check-ins on autopilot, or a coach who'll agree with everything you already think. If you want validation more than you want data, I'm not it.
Also: people not willing to actually execute the protocol. The plan doesn't work if it doesn't get run.
Do you work with people who aren't on hormones?
Yes, and often those engagements are the highest-leverage. Before hormone support is on the table, there's almost always room to dial in sleep, training, nutrition, stress architecture, and the underlying metabolic picture. Many clients never need hormone intervention, and the labs tell us which case is which.
How do we approach HRT?
I work with a contracted physician as part of the coaching engagement. When a protocol calls for HRT or peptide prescriptions, those are written by the physician within the engagement, not punted back to your own doctor to figure out. One intake. One protocol. One medical provider. No referral chain, no gray-zone sourcing, no "here's my read, go find a clinic that will write you something."
Do you guide PED and peptide use?
Yes, for the subset of clients operating supraphysiologically. This is where most coaching goes wrong. Either refusing to engage with what the client is actually doing, or engaging without clinical rigor. I do the work: measure, monitor the downstream markers, prioritize long-term function over short-term results, and help you make more informed decisions. If that's where you are, you'll get a real conversation, not a performance of disapproval.
What does a consult actually look like?
We get into the real picture. Goals, pain points, current labs, medications, supplements, day-in-the-life, stress, digestion, sleep, training. All of it. Then we discuss what a plan would look like and whether we'd work well together. No scripts. No pitch.
How long until I see results?
This depends heavily on the individual, their starting point, and adherence. Honest answer: clients who execute flawlessly can see body composition and energy changes inside 6–8 weeks. Hormone and metabolic markers take longer. Real shifts on a follow-up panel are 12–16 weeks typical.
This is steady work, not a sprint. Working toward the most optimized version of you happens at a sustained pace. Realistic timelines are something we'll discuss on the call.
What happens when my labs come back "normal"?
Normal isn't optimal. "In range" on a standard lab means "not sick." That's a different goalpost than "functioning at the level you want to function at." We'll discuss functional ranges, show you where the optimal values actually sit, and walk through why the gap between the two matters for how you feel and perform.
