Pricing

One engagement. And what comes after.

The work is built around your physiology, not a template. Six months upfront, then maintenance for clients who graduate it. Labs and medication arranged separately, with the friction removed.

The engagement

Precision Remote

The full engagement. Built around your serum data, your goals, and your calendar. Direct access to the coach holding the whole picture, not a junior or a call center.

USD $6,000 / 6 months, paid upfront

Six-month minimum. No exceptions.

Best for

Founders, investors, C-suite operators, and high-functioning professionals who have already optimized everything except their physiology. A reserved portion of each cohort goes to elite athletes and competitors under sport-specific constraints.

Outside the engagement fee

Labs and medication, without the friction.

Two things drive the work but are kept outside the engagement fee, on purpose. This is how premium functional health practices structure their relationships, and it lets the labs and pharmacy work happen on its own clean track: competitively priced, direct, and faster than the practices that gate every panel behind a physical, a provider visit, and a coordinated intake.

Labs

Direct to consumer. No gating visit.

Advanced serum panels are ordered through a direct-to-consumer platform on day one and at strategic re-panel points. No required physical, no provider visit, no coordinated intake exam before the panel ships. You pay the lab directly. Results are yours regardless of the engagement.

Pricing is competitive with anything in the premium functional health space. A client discount code is shared at intake.

Compare with practices that gate every panel behind a physical, a provider consult, and a separate intake fee.

Medication

Prescriptions inside the engagement. Filled at the pharmacy.

When the protocol calls for HRT, peptides, or other medication, the contracted physician writes the prescription inside the engagement. No referrals out. No gray-zone sourcing. Clinical access is part of the engagement.

The medication itself is paid for at the pharmacy. Most clients use standard pharmacies or compounding pharmacies depending on the protocol.

Clinical access is included. The script is written, the fill is yours.

After the engagement

Maintenance. Earned, not sold.

Once a protocol is calibrated and a client has completed the six-month engagement, maintenance is what keeps it running. This is not an entry point. No one starts here. It exists for clients whose system is dialed in and who need oversight, not redesign.

Maintenance

Month-to-month oversight

For the graduate whose protocol is dialed in. Steady eyes on the data on a biweekly cadence, a direct line for protocol questions, prescription continuity. No standing calls. No weekly programming.

$500 / month

Available only after completing a six-month engagement.

What's included
  • Biweekly written check-ins (two focused async reviews per month of how the protocol is running and what the data is doing)
  • Direct-line text access for protocol-related questions, reply within business hours
  • One re-panel per year, ordered direct to consumer (lab cost paid to the lab, separate from the monthly fee)
  • HRT and peptide refills written inside the relationship when indicated (medication filled at the pharmacy)
  • NutriDyn practitioner pricing retained for the duration of the engagement
À la carte, when needed

A one-off Loom review or a live video call runs $250. Used the way it's meant to be: when the data or a decision actually calls for it, not on a standing calendar.

The three rules that make maintenance work
i.

No one enters at maintenance.

Maintenance is what happens after the protocol exists. It is not a discount version of the engagement, and it is not a way in. New clients run the full six months first. No exceptions, or the structure collapses.

ii.

The six-month commitment is real.

If your goals shift mid-engagement, the work shifts with them. The commitment does not. Calibration takes time, and the cadence of the work is what produces the result.

iii.

Re-engagement is its own thing.

If a maintenance client's situation calls for active redesign (a new competition, a major life change, a protocol that needs to be rebuilt), the right structure is a fresh six-month engagement at $6,000. Maintenance plus is not a thing.

Why this isn't coaching pricing

Most coaches sell habits. This engagement sells analysis, protocol design, and precision of execution.

A typical online coach sells a spreadsheet, a training template, and weekly accountability. Those are deliverables, not outcomes. Fine for a first-time gym-goer. Insufficient for a high performer whose labs, hormones, recovery, or body composition have stopped responding to effort alone.

Premium functional health practices often charge for labs and analysis alone what this engagement charges for the entire six months. Training, nutrition, protocol design, and prescriptions are typically separate services through separate providers. This engagement bundles them under one relationship: advanced serum panels read against functional ranges, hormone and metabolic architecture analyzed in context, a protocol built around your physiology rather than a template, and a contracted physician inside the engagement for when medication is indicated. One practitioner holding the whole picture. No handoffs between specialists. No gray-zone sourcing.

The price reflects the depth. Six months upfront because calibration takes time, and the cadence of the work is what produces the result. Maintenance comes after, for the clients who graduate the work and want oversight of a system that is already running.

What the 180 days look like

From intake to calibrated protocol.

The same operating system whether the goal is longevity, body composition, cognitive edge, or peak physical capacity. The variables change. The discipline doesn't.

Weeks 1–2
Intake & baseline

Full clinical intake. Advanced serum panel ordered direct to consumer (paid to the lab, no gating physical required). Functional health report generated. Training and nutrition baseline captured.

Weeks 3–4
Protocol build

Full protocol designed against your data: training, nutrition, supplementation, hormones where indicated, recovery architecture. Execution begins.

Weeks 5–12
Execute & iterate

Direct-line access for real-time adjustments. Body composition and energy changes typically visible 6–8 weeks in for compliant clients. Protocol tuned as biofeedback rolls in.

Weeks 12–26
Re-panel & calibrate

Strategic re-draws on the markers the protocol was designed to move. Meaningful hormone and metabolic shifts typically land 12–16 weeks in. Final months: refinement and stabilization.

One consult determines fit, both directions. No commitment. No sales pressure. If the engagement isn't the right work for where you are, I'll tell you that too.
