You know the ranges. Now get your numbers read in context.
The guide shows you where optimal sits. What it can't tell you is what your number means given your training, your protocol, your symptoms, and your goals. That read is the work I do every day. Below are four ways to take the next step. The first one is free and takes under a minute.
Where to start.

NutriDyn is a practitioner-exclusive line. You can't buy it at retail; you need a practitioner to add you. Send me three things and I'll add you to my account the same day.
- 01Third-party tested. Every batch.Identity, potency, and contaminants verified independently. COA available on request.
- 02The dose on the label is the dose in the capsule. If a protocol calls for 5,000 IU of D3, you get 5,000 IU. Not a retail-diluted version.
- 03Below retail. No markup from me.You pay practitioner price direct to NutriDyn. I don't run a supplement business on the side.
- 04No minimums. Yours to keep.No membership fee, no subscription, no obligation to buy. Access doesn't expire, whether we ever work together or not.
Three fields. That's it.
This goes straight to me. NutriDyn emails you an activation link once you're added, usually within a few hours.
Same number. Different person. Different decision.
The guide is the map. Reading a panel well means knowing what else is going on. A few examples of what that looks like in practice:
Elevated after a heavy training week, with GGT sitting at optimal. That usually points to muscle, not the liver. It's why the guide tells you to skip hard training before a draw.
Above range on testosterone therapy is often expected. The right move is to monitor it and know your thresholds, not to react to a red flag on a printout.
A high number with no symptoms, on a protocol designed to raise testosterone, may be exactly where it should be. Chasing it down with a blocker can make you feel worse.
That judgment is what clients pay for. Thousands of panels reviewed, from people getting their first real look at their blood work to Mr. Olympia winners and IFBB Pros.
Bring your panel. Let's read it together.
One call. No commitment. No sales pressure. We talk about where you are, what you're chasing, and whether this is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you.
